Some helpful info:
- If you’d like to beat the rush on Friday morning, then check in on Thursday afternoon.
- Thursday check in for the 2025 OWS will be at the Linn County Expo Center lobby at 4 PM and end at 6:30 PM.
- You can drop off your Empty Bowls donation at this time in the front lobby.
- The Instant Gallery drop-off is just inside Willamette Hall.
- Friday check in and packet pickup March 14th begins at 7:30 AM.
- Your packet will contain your name badge, meal tickets, handbook and
t-shirt/hat - if ordered in advance.
- Opening events will start on Friday March 14th at 8:15 AM in Willamette Hall.
- The first demonstration is scheduled to begin at 9 AM.
